    Business Startup

    VietNet’s story began in Hanoi with the creation of HQ Informatics Center, offering computer training and supplying quality computer components to meet the growing demands of the early tech market.

    First Cyber Cafe in Hanoi

    During Vietnam’s early years of opening up to the world, many international investors began entering the country. In 1997, as Vietnam connected to the Internet for the first time, we launched one of the country’s earliest digital access initiatives by developing the first five internet cafés in Hanoi. These cafés served as essential access points for tourists and business professionals arriving in Vietnam to explore investment opportunities and connect globally.

    Establish VietNet

    We have been at the forefront of system design and custom software development, delivering tailored digital solutions to clients across both the public and private sectors. Over more than two decades, we have successfully executed a diverse portfolio of projects — from early IT infrastructure initiatives to complex data management systems for government agencies. We also made our mark in the tourism industry, pioneering one of Vietnam’s earliest online booking platforms—years before global players like Agoda and Booking.com entered the market.
