Ha is a government affairs, public policy and strategic communications consultant with more than 20 years of experience. She holds intensive insights on banking, renewable energy, FCMG, logistics, manufacturing, health care and tourism sectors, amongst others.
She is helping high-profile international clients enter the Vietnamese market, deal with their complex regulatory issues in Vietnam, and build relationships with government agencies at all levels.

Drawing upon her profound experience in communications and marketing, Ha provides customized training on media relations, spokesperson skills and personal branding for companies of all sizes.
During 2007 and 2018, Ha held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam (Business Planning to CEO and Brand & Marketing Manager) and the British Embassy in Hanoi (Communications Manager).
Starting her career with the Tuoi Tre Newspaper in 1999, she earned her reputation for reporting high-level foreign affairs and economic issues. Ha still pursues journalistic writing to date, being one of the well-regarded columnists of VNExpress, the most read online newspaper in Vietnam.
Ha received the UK government’s Chevening Scholarship and the German government’s InWent fellowship to study journalism and online media in Cardiff, Wales (2006) and Berlin (2005).
A Vietnamese national, Ha is living in Ho Chi Minh City with her family.
